WEEKLY SCHEDULE

 

Physical classes are held at 2496 W. 2nd Avenue  Denver, CO 80223.

In-person classes are limited to 12 participants. 

 

MONDAYS:

Starting August 15th, 2022: Pilates-inspired
Mat Class 10:30-11:30am – All Levels
This class is on Zoom and also in person.

(clients must email me for an invite to join the Zoom classes)

THURSDAYS:

Zoom Mat Class 5:30-6:30pm – All Levels

This class is only on Zoom.

(clients must email me for an invite to join the Zoom classes)

 

FRIDAYS: 

Zoom Ball Class 10:30-11:30pm – All Levels

This class is only on Zoom.
(clients must email me for an invite to join the Zoom classes)

FEE SCHEDULE

 

Payment for classes may be made via check, cash, credit card, Venmo and Zelle.

 

PILATES MAT CLASSES

Drop-in Fee: $22 per class 
$18 each for a set of four or more, good only for the month in which they are purchased.

 

Classes are paid at the beginning of the month for any classes attended on a weekly basis.

PRIVATE & SEMI-PRIVATE EQUIPMENT SESSIONS

Private Sessions:
$80/hour for single session

 

DUET SEMI-PRIVATE SESSIONS
$55 per hour session

CANCELLATION POLICY REMINDER!

​

If you do not cancel within 24 hours, you lose the appointment. I will make every effort to reschedule missed appointments within the month of purchase but missed appointments do not carry over to the next month. You will be charged for missed appointments in full. All appointments are paid for at the beginning of the month and expire at the end of the month. Missed classes do not carry over to the next month but can be made up in other classes if there is space available.​
